After surviving these events and more I have been pulling back from the internet to heal, grow, and evolve to transcend more so I have the strength to be more honest about the trauma that laid the foundation for me to end up there.

We can Only Master what We Do the Work to Master, Everything Else is the Dunning Kruger Effect making us think we know more than we really do. So I will work to continue mastering myself so I can be my best for the health of us all and be back with what I create from a stronger, wiser and more resilient place in all dimensions of my being.
